DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING WITH ME WHEN COLLECTING MY ORDER?

YES. PLEASE BRING YOUR ORDER NUMBER WITH YOU WHICH YOU WILL FIND ON YOUR INVOICE

What will happen if something I order goes out of stock before my COLLECTION?

If a product is unavailable on the day of your COLLECTION, WE will PROVIDE a substitute selected by oUR PERSONAL shopper. as a close alternative to your original choice. We'll note any substitutions on your paperwork

The answer is yes. Simply phone our Farm Shop on 01373 830798 or speak to a member of our Farmshop team the next time you visit.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Exchange:

If you are not 100% happy with your unused purchase, please return it to us within 2 days of receiving it for an exchange or refund. It must be returned in its original packaging. Once we have received your return and inspected it, we will refund you or do an exchange depending on your preference.

Damaged/Defective Items:

It is our policy to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every precaution is taken to protect the integrity of every product we sell.

If you received your goods in a damaged or broken state, we will exchange the damaged item(s) without charge to you provided you notify us about the damaged item(s) within 2 days of COLLECTION.

Incorrect Items:

If YOU HAVE RECEIVED an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible or within 2 days of COLLECTING it. We will REPLACE the incorrect item.
